Anxiety isn’t just in your head—it lives in your body. This 60-minute session is designed to help you release the tension, restlessness, and overwhelm that come with anxiety through a powerful blend of breathwork, somatic movement, and grounding practices.
You'll learn how to identify how anxiety shows up physically and emotionally, and practice tools that allow you to move through it with greater awareness, ease, and self-compassion.
This class is part of our Mind-Body Release Series, which focuses on helping you reconnect with your body and emotions in a safe, supportive space. Whether you're managing everyday stress or deeper nervous system dysregulation, this session is for you.
