• Pole struts (Different ways to walk around the pole and cute struts you can do while walking)
• Twerking (twerking on/off the pole, tips on booty control, and how to make it jiggle and jump)
• Basic Pole Work (pole tricks and transitions that are popular in strip clubs)
• Crowd engagement (How to work the crowd, get them engaged, and dance based on the vibe)
