Parent & Tot Gymnastics (Ages 18 months–3 years)

A 6 week introductory, parent-assisted gymnastics class for toddlers. Caregivers participate alongside their child as they explore movement in a safe, supportive environment.

This class focuses on early gross motor skills including balance, strength, body awareness, safe falling, and confidence. Activities include a short warm-up, guided gymnastics stations, and a simple group game.

No prior gymnastics experience required. Caregiver participation is required.

Dates: January 21 - February 25
Schedule: Wednesdays, 5:30–6:00 PM
Cost: $135 
Socks Required: Move & Groove is a sock-based facility—both children and adults are required to wear socks during class.
