To start the evening, Katie Tracey will lead the group in a 45-minute gentle yoga class to help relax the body and mind, and prepare your energy to dive deeper into self-reflection and care.
Following the yoga flow, Katie Cooper, a board-certified health coach, will lead a practical and uplifting session designed for working moms to create a self-care plan that fits real life. You'll explore how to navigate the demands of work and home, reduce the impact of stress, and practice simple self-care strategieis that fit into your busy schedule.
Through gentle movement, guided reflection, interactive tools, and group discussion you'll walk away with a personalized self-care plan that feels realistic, supportive and sustainable.
