Step into an evening of soothing self-care and soulful connection. Root & Restore is a nurturing blend of grounding yoga, breathwork, reiki-infused relaxation, and a gentle mini sound bath with crystal bowls—designed to help you come home to yourself.

After class, stay for a 30-minute social hour and enjoy a refreshing mocktail or cocktail in the lush, serene setting of Plant Bar. It’s the perfect space to unwind, connect, and be in community.

No experience needed—just bring your mat, an open heart, and maybe a friend.

• Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled and set up your space.

• We will provide bolsters and optional extra blankets, and eye covers (12) for your comfort.

• Limited yoga mats are available—please bring your own if you have one.

• You’re welcome to bring an eye pillow or anything else that helps you feel cozy during the sound bath.

• Dress comfortably—layers are encouraged for the final relaxation.

• Stay after class to enjoy a mocktail or cocktail and connect with community during our 30-minute social.

• No prior yoga or meditation experience needed—this event is beginner-friendly and heart-centered.
