9D Breathwork
is a powerful, immersive experience that combines breath, sound,
and subconscious reprogramming to guide you into deep emotional
release, clarity, and healing. Unlike traditional breathwork, this
journey uses specially designed headphones to deliver a
multi-dimensional audio experience. It's layered with somatic
breath cues, guided vocal coaching, binaural beats, sound
frequencies, and subliminal messages. The last half hour of every
session will include time for journaling and integration.
