From first splashes to advanced strokes, our children’s programs help every swimmer build confidence, coordination, and water-safety skills in a fun and supportive environment. Each lesson follows the Lifesaving Society of Canada’s Swim for Life Program (Preschool 1 – Swimmer 9), ensuring consistent progress and professional instruction at every stage.

Classes are conducted by one Lifesaving Society-certified instructor in the water, while our principal remains on deck to assist and monitor overall safety and skill development. This dual-support approach ensures that every swimmer receives close guidance, even in a small-group setting.

Our Small Group 1-on-3 Swim Lessons combine individualized feedback with group motivation, encouraging teamwork, coordination, and progress in a lively, social environment.
