Enjoy the motivation of a small group while still receiving personalized instruction. Our Small Group 1-on-5 Swim Lessons maintain an intimate class size, allowing instructors to focus closely on each swimmer’s technique and progress. 

Classes are conducted by one Lifesaving Society-certified instructor in the water, with our principal assisting on deck to provide an additional layer of guidance and safety. This teamwork ensures that every swimmer receives detailed feedback, even in a shared learning environment. 

The program follows the Lifesaving Society of Canada’s Adult Swim Program (Levels Adult 1–3), emphasizing confidence, endurance, and mastery of proper technique through structured, skill-based training.
