Class Description: Join us for a playful, connection-focused class where children and caregivers explore kindness—to themselves, each other, and the earth. Through story-based yoga flows, families will learn basic poses, share moments of calm, and enjoy a joyful practice filled with movement, giggles, and togetherness.

Registration: includes 4 weekly yoga sessions Saturdays from 10am-11am (July 12, 19, 26, and August 9)

Cost: $160 + tax per family (includes 1 adult + up to 2 children) 

Recommended for families with kids aged 5-12 years old

If there is space available, single class sessions will be available for a drop-in rate of $50 per family. To reserve a drop in spot, email kindyoga@reesors.ca

What to Bring: Yoga mat and water (Note: we are an off-the-grid facility and do not have access to drinkable water)

Arrival Time & Walk: All first time students must arrive 20 minutes prior to the scheduled class start time. This is mandatory as your instructor will be meeting you at the parking lot to escort you for the 7 minute walk from the parking lot to the studio. Punctuality is key as the instructor will not wait for you past the 20 minute early arrival time and latecomers will not be permitted into sessions.

Parking: Parking is in the market OVERFLOW parking, which is located directly to your right in the field - immediately after entering the driveway. Please be respectful of our farm market staff and do not use the market parking. 

Please come to class dressed and ready to go, as there are no change rooms on site. There is a basic outhouse bathroom available.
