Finish the year strong with our Holiday Hustle- a 6-Week progressive overload strength program designed to help you build muscle, increase strength, and stay consistent through the busy holiday season.
Phase 1 ( November 3- November 25)
Coached by Tori, you'll focus on full-body strength training using 10 reps per exercise while increasing weight each week for steady, measurable progress.
BREAK FOR THANKSGIVING WEEK
Phase 2 (December 2 - December 18)
Coached by Jamie, you'll continue with the same foundational movement patterns but add variety through strategic exercise variations and tempo work to push your strength and endurance to the next level.
Flexible scheduling:
This program includes 2 full body weight lifting days.
Mondays & Tuesdays follow the same workout every hour
Wednesdays & Thursdays follow the second day which is the same workout every hour.
IF you can't make your locked in time, you can easily swap into another session during the week. This program is progressive, structured, and built to keep you accountable while fitting into your holiday schedule. Offered at a discounted rate in case you need to skip a workout for school events, travel, or family illness. Tis the season to finish strong!
