We are going to repair what needs to be resolved in 2025 and beyond in your body, mind and soul! With yin yoga & breathwork we are going to somatically heal and release 2025 experiences, purging the past.

Then, journal about what to compost from those experiences. If you're want to enter 2026 with fresh energy then you need to clean house! Let's do it in the body and mind!   

Please arrive a minimum 15 minutes early. We have all props but feel free to bring your own.
