Have you ever wondered why certain people feel easy
to connect with while others feel confusing, triggering, or
emotionally draining?
Attachment theory explains why—and once you understand your attachment style, your
relationships start to make a whole lot more sense.
In this interactive introductory workshop, we’ll break down the four main attachment styles—secure, anxious, dismissive-avoidant, and fearful-avoidant—in a way that’s simple, clear, and surprisingly relatable. You’ll not only discover your own style, but also gain insight into the styles of the people you’re closest to: partners, friends, children, parents, coworkers—anyone you’re in regular connection with.
Together, we’ll
explore:
• What each attachment style really means (beyond the internet
stereotypes)
• How your nervous system influences connection, conflict, and
communication
• Why certain dynamics feel so familiar—and how to shift
them
• How different attachment styles interact, and how to make those
combinations work
instead of clash
• Practical tools for creating healthier, more secure
relationships
This workshop is collaborative, reflective, and genuinely eye-opening. Expect plenty of aha moments, grounded guidance, and simple strategies you can start using immediately to create more ease, safety, and understanding in your relationships.
If you’re ready to understand yourself—and the people you care about—on a deeper level, this is the perfect place to begin.
