Rooted in ancient traditions,
Cacao Soundscape
blends the heart-opening essence of ceremonial cacao with the
timeless practice of sound meditation.
As soothing tones and gentle vibrations guide you into a state of
mindfulness and presence, the cacao deepens your connection to
yourself and the moment.
This sacred gathering offers a
profound space for healing, balance, and inner peace—a practice
cherished for centuries and now embraced for its grounding,
restorative benefits.
Join us for a heart-centered journey into clarity, calm, and inner
alignment.
Instructions Spéciales :
No experience necessary.
Most participants choose to lie down for the sound bath to allow
them to go deeper into a relaxed meditative state, so please bring
anything that will help you feel deeply
comfortable—a blanket, yoga
mat, pillow, bolster, or even an eye mask. The more
supported your body feels, the easier it is to fully relax into the
experience. There will be a few chairs for those who may feel
more comfortable sitting upright.
Health & Safety Considerations
Cacao is a gentle plant medicine, but like any food or beverage, it may not be suitable for everyone in large amounts. If you have any concerns, please check in with the facilitator before the ceremony.
Heart & Circulatory Health: Cacao is a natural stimulant and can gently increase heart rate and circulation. If you have a heart condition or very low/high blood pressure, consider having a smaller serving.
Medications & Sensitivities: If you take medication for mood regulation (such as SSRIs or MAO inhibitors), have sensitivity to caffeine/stimulants, or experience migraines triggered by chocolate, a lighter dose may be ideal.
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: Cacao is generally safe in moderation, but due to its stimulating properties, those who are pregnant or nursing may choose to consume a smaller amount or simply participate without drinking cacao.
Dietary Considerations: Drinking cacao on an empty stomach may feel intense for some. Having a light meal beforehand and staying hydrated before and after the ceremony can help prevent headaches or lightheadedness.
This is a supportive and flexible experience—if you feel called to drink a little less cacao or simply be present for the ceremony, that is always an option.
