A Yoga Workshop for Mobility, Posture & Ease

Imagine the feeling of unshrugging your shoulders—of softening the tight grip around your upper back, chest, and neck. This workshop invites you to step out of the weight of tension and into a space of lightness, breath, and easeful movement.

Through a blend of mindful yoga, supported postures, and intentional use of props, we’ll explore how to create space in the shoulders and spine, restore healthy posture, and reconnect with a sense of openness in the body.

Perfect for anyone feeling compressed by long hours at a desk, stress, or simply the pace of modern life.

What to Expect:

• Shoulder-focused yoga sequence

• Guided use of props for support and release

• Postural tools you can apply off the mat

• Gentle strength + mobility work

• Breath and relaxation to soften held tension

All levels welcome. Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, taller, and more at home in your body.
