A Sacred Beginning:

On January 2nd, we come together to christen our new home, set intentions for the community we're building, and experience the transformative power of sound as one unified collective. Facilitated by founders Ashley & Alex, this ceremony will weave together vocals, crystal singing bowls, percussion, synthesizers, natural ambience, and healing frequencies to create an unforgettable immersive journey.

While Sound Mind Ceremony has touched many hearts before, this marks the first time we're gathering in a space that's truly ours. Your presence helps anchor the intention, energy, and spirit of this studio for all who will follow.

Why This Matters:

—You're helping birth a community. This ceremony marks the official beginning of Sound Mind Studios and celebrates the trust, support, and vision you've shown by joining us at the start. Together, we'll set the tone for a space dedicated to healing, growth, and connection.

The Experience:

Lay down, meditate, visualize, stretch, or sing along as sound moves through you and through our new home. Let the collective energy of fellow Founders amplify your experience. This is a moment to witness, to feel, and to be part of something bigger than ourselves.

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat
• Blanket(s) for warmth and comfort
• Pillow(s) for head and body support
• Eye mask or bandana
• Water bottle
• Anything else that will help you feel cozy and supported during the experience

Arrival & Setup:

• Arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to check in, find your spot, and get settled before the ceremony begins
• Choose your space mindfully—once the ceremony starts, movement is discouraged
• Set up your mat, blankets, and pillows to create a comfortable nest
• Silence your phone or leave it in your car

Important Policies:

• Doors will be locked at start time to preserve the sacred container and prevent disruption
• Late arrivals will not be admitted—please plan accordingly
• If you need to leave early, do so quietly and mindfully

During the Ceremony:

• Find a comfortable position (lying down is most common)
• Close your eyes, breathe, and allow the sound to move through you
• There's no wrong way to experience it—rest, visualize, stretch gently, or even sing along if you feel called
• Let go of expectations and simply be present
