You will learn about feet placement, pelvis placement, rolling your spine up and down, sitting upright, legwork, lunges, and squatting. 

 

Ready for a full body challenge? We are going to put everything you learned in the past 3 weeks together and take you through a smooth workout that will cover all the dimensions of your body. Feel your whole body work together.

 

 

Anyone who has never done Pilates before (if you have no idea what it is, we're talking to you!), or those who haven't taken a class in a while, this will be a perfect place to start. 

 

You'll be guided step by step through each exercise so you won't feel lost in class.

You will get familiar with the Pilates equipment so you'll feel confident to join any class in the future.
