As an Ecstatic Yoga instructor at My Vitae, I am infusing Dance Alchemy as part of this offering for a 2 hour workshop.

This transformational movement experience will open the space for your body to express what needs expression from within. We will be using dance as a form of both exercise and emotional alchemy.

Aley Vesia is a certified tantric yoga and dance alchemy instructor (in training) based in Oakville ON. Following her passion for expressive movement and deep connections, she is currently pursing an expressive arts therapy program. As a single mother of a 3 year old, she invokes playfulness as her way of being, inspiring those around her to invite more joy into life wherever possible.
