Join us for I AM Rooted for an evening of healing and grounding.

 

Picture this! A room lit in the colors of red and the scent of the a cedar forest, cozy, warm and waiting for you. We will begin with learning some 5 minute grounding techniques complete with a handout so that you can stay rooted during this hectic season. Following this will be a short warm up to limber the body and then you will settle in for Restorative Yoga accompanied by a special series of sound healing sounds to feel comforted along with a group Reiki session facilitated by Taylor and Shelley.

 

Then as sound healing winds down you will get an individual mini tuning fork session to ground and balance the root chakra and will be whisked away into bliss by a short Yoga Nidra Meditation Practice. We will finish with some Chakra sounds and a breathwork practice to reduce feelings of anxiousness and you will go home with a special crystal gift to help you stay rooted.
