This self defense event will build knowledge, skills and vital awareness to stop certain threats

This training is for ages 13 and up. How does a criminal think? What hapens when a fight goes to the ground? When should I strike? How do I know something is wrong? We help answer these questions and teach striking, punch defense and takedowns for men and women in this camp.
