Allowing kids to explore movement in a fun and creative way with an aerial silk hammock as a prop to experience the physical nature and mindfulness that yoga have to offer children ages 8 – 12 years.

Our hammocks will be shared between two people with a spacing of 3 days a part from each class and sprayed with disinfectant after each use. It will be stored in a plastic container that is cleaned each time you use your hammock. We commit to using the safest practices with the equipment and the space to ensure your safety while at the studio.

We will no be able to supply any other props or mats, please bring your own mat and water bottle to class.
