Aerial Yoga for Beginners

4 Week Series  |  Thursdays | 5:45pm - 6:45pm 

Rate: $80 for ALL 4 sessions or $22 per drop-in (Memberships may be applied)

PREREGISTRATION REQUIRED

This beginner's series will allow you to explore the opportunities that the yoga hammock creates. You'll increase flexibility and endurance and improve posture as you create stability in inversions and balancing postures with the support of the hammock.

Spend time upside down, learn new postures and discover a new layer of awareness.

You are welcome to bring your own yoga props and mat but we also have some you may use.
