Heidi will be teaching an adult ballet class, focusing on technique and fundamentals. All levels are welcome. No experience necessary! This class is for you if you have never taken a ballet class but are dying to try it, if you love barre workouts and want to get more out of them, or if you're an experienced ballet dancer who just wants to get back into the studio!

Socks or ballet shoes are ok.
