Beginner's class for adults under 40 years of age

Get ready to move! This is an introductory series of classes for those new to Iyengar Yoga. In studio. This is not a class for those who have injuries or chronic conditions. Must be healthy and able to jump. Each class is one hour and 15  minutes. It will be challenging and fun. 

Wear tee shirt and shorts or tights. We practice in bare feet. Arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class. It's best to practice on an empty stomach, so eat a light dinner before coming or wait until after class to eat. Please let the instructor know if you're menstruating as some practices will not be appropriate and should be modified for you.
