Summer Solstice Special: 108 Breaths + Cacao + Sound Bath

Join Alfie and Hailey for a special class to celebrate the welcoming of the Summer Solstice and the beginning of Cancer season. Alfie will guide us through 108 collective breaths to greet the fiery heat of Summer with the cool watery nature of the Cancer through breath and visualization. Hailey will serve some delicious cacao to help us open our hearts and set intentions for the new season. Class will end with a meditative Sound Bath.
