This is an intimate sound healing - max 10 poeple and you will receive direct contact with the bowls (i.e a bowl might be placed on top of your belly)

 

You're invite you to come along and Indulge yourself with deep relaxation while being immersed in sound healing by various healing instruments. Class begins with general introduction about sound healing and singing bowls and transitions into long 45 minutes of a deeply healing sound bath. You will take the journey into the mystery and healing powers of Sacred Sound, and experience yourself mellowing into the soothing vibrations of a full chakra set of Tibetan singing bowls, a Japanese singing bowl, a koshi chime, and tingshas.

 

Please come along with comfortable clothes, and feel free to bring your crystals for cleansing.
