The event will begin with an intuitive journey through deeply supported Yin postures. You’ll have the option of having Tibetan Singing Bowls placed on the body to enhance your experience. After deep release through Yin, breathwork, and vibrational massage, Rachel will guide yogic rest and sound bath. 

Through this unique combination of yoga and healing modalities, we’ll journey across the bridge between the physical realm to the bliss beyond body and mind. Cultivating deep rest with focused awareness rewires our inner connections allowing for optimal healing and rejuvenation.

Rachel’s sound healing tools include crystal singing bowls, a Paiste Synodic Moon gong, ocean drum, Koshi chimes, and Tingsha bells. Her nine quartz crystal singing bowls consist of seven bowls symbolizing the chakras, an eighth for the Soul Star (which creates a full octave), plus a deep F note bowl two octaves below symbolizing the Earth Star. 

Tamara Jordan is the creator and owner of Healing Within, LLC. She is a certified Massage Therapist, 200HR YTT graduate of Sukha Yoga, Certified Level 3 Sound Healer, Certified Level 2 Aromatherapist, and Certified Reiki master and teacher. Her sound healing tools are highly varied, but she will be bringing an array of healing-grade Tibetan Singing bowls for sound bath and application on the body.
