Let go of “supposed- to’s” and worries, and connect with your creative voice.

This workshop will teach you how to approach art as an expression of your heart. Every single one of us are “creators.” At some point we’re taught art has to “look” a certain way and it robs us of the joy that comes simply from the act of creating. When we approach art as a conversation between ourselves and the canvas, creating becomes an adventure full of surprises.

We will begin with meditation to connect to our creative intuition and then we will paint from that space. You’ll learn some skills, but the emphasis will be on following your instinctual urges, play, and experimenting with different mediums and tools.

You’ll take away a finished painting, and the skills to use painting as a self-care practice at home.

All materials supplied. Please bring an apron or old t-shirt to paint in.
