Take your yoga and spiritual practice on a journey using the technologies and techniques of Kundalini Yoga! We'll learn daily practices through movement, meditation, mantras, and pranayama to harness your fullest potential and balance between the Powers of the Energizing Sun and Healing Moon! Healing Gong Bath will be offered during deep relaxation. This practice is for all levels. Dress comfortably in layers, white/light colors and head covering are recommended. All techniques and technologies will be given in hard copy or digital. Journals and other treats will be provided!
