LITE BITES PREMIER PROTEIN BALLS

-This is a whey protein that is virtually lactose free.  This means it is a whey isolate protein powder.  Most that cannot tolerate whey protein, can tolerate this b/c the harmful parts of dairy are removed.  Whey is a derivative from cow’s milk and is completely safe for children. It will provide us with extra building blocks for strength. 

-Oats - Gluten free oats that makes our bites deliciously hearty and wholesome.  Oats provide nutrition and lasting energy. 

-Honey - Can be used as an anti-inflammatory and helps liver function, as well as digestion. Natural and a great source of sweetness to the bites.

-Himalayan Salt - we use a pinch of salt in our recipes. Salt has many benefits including: minerals that detoxify, stimulates circulation, reduces puffiness & bloating.  Also keeps your skin looking soft and healthy.  

-Peanuts only peanut butter - it’s very important for us to provide a simple, honest product.  We combine two of our favorite peanut butters, the only ingredient is the nut.  It’s high in fiber and protein and packed with healthy fats, which can help lower LDL levels and reduce heart disease.  Other benefits:  Bone health, digestion, blood sugar regulation, heart heathy, antioxidants. 

We do add a treat to each bite. Sometimes it’s a dairy free chocolate chip. Sometimes it’s our favorite childhood candy bar, Butterfinger. However, these added treats are in moderation and taken into consideration when we are building around appropriate macronutrients.  We really aim to attract macro-friendly, health conscious individuals who are wanting a little sweet treat, without all the guilt attached.  We heavily consider sugar content, fats, protein and carbs for all of our products.
