When to use OHCO-Flow: growing pains, injuries, migraine headaches, TMJ, carpal tunnel, juvenile arthritis, broken bone recovery. OHCO-Flow focuses on pain, stiffness & soreness above the waist, including the neck, shoulders & arms.

Directions for Adults:
Two capsules, three times a day. Can increase to one capsule every 20 minutes during times of extreme over-exertion or trauma. Do not exceed more than 24 capsules in a 24 hour period.

For ongoing challenges with pain (such as migraine headaches or arthritis); we recommend committing to a daily, low dose of 2-4 capsules (1/4-1/2 tsp); lowering the dose as the body comes back into balance.
For growing pains & injury recovery; use as needed: one capsule every 20-30 minutes until there is a shift in symptoms. If growing pains are disruptive to sleep, give two capsules in the evening before bed.
