Did you know a quarter of the joints in your body, are below the
knees?
That’s right! There are 52 bones and 66 joints from your ankles to
your toes. That’s a lot of opportunities for things to go wrong. If
you’ve had a bad ankle sprain, surgery, or a pain in your foot that
you can remember today, you could benefit from learning how to care
for your feet.
