The Foundations Plan is perfect if you’re ready to get started with a clear, structured plan but don’t need ongoing coaching or check-ins. I’ll take the information you provide (your goals, schedule, equipment, and fitness level) and design a 6 week workout program that fits your lifestyle and meets you where you are.
Each plan is built using the same principles I use with my in-studio clients: smart strength training, functional movement, and intentional progression so you can feel stronger, more confident, and consistent without the guesswork.

Workouts designed for your current fitness level (beginner, intermediate, or advanced)

Access to demo videos for each exercise (if applicable)

A plan you can complete at home or in the gym at your own pace
Optional add-on: submit an Overhead Squat Assessment video to make your plan even more personalized.
Once you complete the intake form, you’ll receive your full program within 48 hours.
