Our Late Cancel & No Show Policy asks that patients provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments for the following services:

• Physical Therapy

• Nutrition & Dietetics

• Exercise Physiology

• Massage Therapy 

• Medical Services

Cancellations and re-scheduled sessions: 

Subject to a $75.00 fee if not received at least 24 hours prior to service rendered.

No Shows:

A no show is an appointment that either the patient does not show up for or canceled/rescheduled within 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. 

These scenarios will result in a $75 fee issued to your account at the close of business day.
