This class is how all new clients begin.  Do at least 3 of these classes before moving into the Slow reformer classes.  The teacher will explain all safety aspects of the apparatus while teaching you the Classical Beginner System exercises so you can learn how to progress in your Pilates workout safely.  If you have injuries or limitations please email us about starting with private sessions.
