Pilates Plus+ Introductory package provides you with 2 x 50 minute personal sessions in the Reformer studio. These sessions are a pre requisite for the Pilates PLUS+ Program. We require all new members regardless of experience to attend both introductory sessions that we offer at a reduced price of $125 inclusive. This amount will be billed directly to your club account after purchase.
During these sessions you will learn the safety of the equipment, basic exercises, and studio etiquette. This also gives us an opportunity to offer any modifications/progressions personal to you, that you may use in class.
