TERMS
- Valid for all regularly scheduled mat fitness classes and Reformer Classes
- There is a 4-hour cancellation window for all mat fitness classes AND 8-hour cancellation window for all reformer classes
- Late cancels/no-shows will deduct a class from your pass
- No refunds, exchanges or holds
- Non transferable
- Does not apply to workshops or registered series

Considerations for Reformer Sessions  :
- Socks (grip or otherwise) are required
- Class starts on time with no exceptions
- Wear something comfortable to move in
- Doors will be locked before the class starts; please ensure you arrive 5-15 mins in advance
- Each class starts with a quick safety demo of the equipment

Booking and Cancelling  Reformer Sessions :
- Please note that our cancellation policy is 8 hours. You will be charged the full session fee if you cancel with less than 8 hours notice.
- If there are not 2 people registered two hours prior to class starting, the class will be cancelled and your pass will be returned to your account
- The waitlist counts as a booking to be managed, you can be moved from the waitlist to the class up to two hours before the class begins
-If you get added from the waitlist and can not attend, please cancel yourself out of the class
- Within two hours of class start time, you will not be added from the waitlist
- Check the schedule or app within two hours of class starting to see if a spot has opened up or if the class is cancelled
- Make sure you have your email notifications turned on in Wellness Living. We can help you do this if you have questions.
