This add-on includes access to our private accountability group, weekly 1-on-1 coach check-ins through the Trainerize app to track workouts, habits, and progress, plus participation in the goal-setting and intention workshop. You’ll also complete baseline and final assessments to clearly measure progress throughout the challenge.
