How to Book

For Classes Click Book Now on our website and select Studio. Choose your class, click Book, and then Complete Booking. Prices will display, but don’t worry — your pass will be applied automatically.

For Sauna or Red Light Therapy From our home page, click Offerings. Choose either Shared Infrared Sauna or 30 Min Red Light Therapy Session. Select your preferred date and time, then click Complete Booking.
