This pass includes: the 10am “How We Breathe” workshop, catered lunch from Basil & Bunny, the 1pm “Everyday Breathwork” workshop, and the 3pm Hot Yoga Masterclass. Please note that our 8am Yin class is not included in this bundle as you can use your regular class packages / memberships if you wish to attend that session and make it a full day!
