Please note: This challenge is for active CGI Full or Weekday Access members with at least 30 days remaining membership time left. Plunges must be recorded in order to earn milestone rewards. Rewards are not redeemable for cash value, but may be gifted to family and/or friends. Challenge ends on 9/10/25. Giveaway prizes must be claimed/redeemed within 90 days.

FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW TO JOIN. PLUNGE. EARN. AND REPEAT:
1. Purchase this FREE registration “punch card” to sign up
2. Record each day via the CGI App under the “Cold Plunge Challenge!” tab. Plunges must be recorded within 12 hours of leaving the club. Any plunges on a single day will count as a single day.
3. Earn rewards at the following milestones:
10 days of plunges = a free Aura Reading ($20 val)
15 days of plunges = a free Guest Pass ($85 val)
GRAND PRIZE for most days achieved wins a free 30 Minute Express Relief Body Massage ($96 val)
4. Share your recovery story/tag us on social by September 9th for a chance to be featured @cgiholisticfitness and earn additional giveaways
