- Join us for a one hour beginner-friendly yoga class. This yoga
class is designed to be for everyone and anyone, so if you have no
previous yoga experience that is not a problem. The instructor will
guide you through the class with ease. You never need to feel
pressured to do a pose in this class. The addition of plenty of
gentle Nigerian Dwarf goats provides great stress-relief and lots
of smiles and laughs throughout this class. Our goats are very
friendly, curious creatures, so be carefully what you bring to
class. They are great at snuggling, and so much fun to watch play.
We will have our Goat Wranglers walking around to take pictures for
you at any time. We also allow time after class to mingle with the
goats (and humans) and take additional photos. We are family
friendly, beginner friendly, and allow ages 7+ with a parent or
guardian. This class will be held outside in a beautiful fenced,
well-maintained pasture area with an antique Ford truck and
beautiful barn as the background setting. In case of inclement
weather, class will be moved inside to our amazing open air indoor
barn.
Goat Yoga is simply a great time for all! Don't miss your chance to try this national craze on the most beautiful farm around!
- What can I bring into the event?
We encourage you to bring a yoga mat or beach towel, and water. There will be mats available to rent for $5 (CASH ONLY). Wear clothes that you are comfortable in and with a goat jumping or nibbling on, some prefer t-shirts or dark colors since hooves can be scratchy or dirty at times. Flip flops are nice for an easy on/off. Goats are attracted to jewelry, less is more unless you want it eaten! Use your discretion of whether you want sunscreen, bug spray, phone, etc. - We will have a clean up crew in case of goat accidents. Pee and poo does occasionally happen, but goat poo is pellets that brush away easily. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR PETS ALLOWED!
- How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
We welcome questions, please email info@3downdogsyoga.com or submit a form through Eventbrite and we will respond shortly! - What's the refund policy?
No Refunds.

This is a 2 hour class that starts with 1 hour of breathwork and gentle movement and is then followed by an hour Sound Journey where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves of various instruments. A Sound Journey can slow down our brain waves and put our bodies in a very relaxed, dreamlike, state allowing your sympathetic nervous system to come out of its “fight or flight” mood allowing you to recharge in the “rest and digest” state leaving you in total relaxation. This class is beginner friendly. Grab your spot now!

Join Jessica for this 3 hour event where children aged 6 to 13. We will be learning breathwork techniques to help with big feelings, have a yoga class, doing a yoga themed craft and have a ton of fun. We will be getting wet in this workshop, so please have them wear something for is ok for that.
