Note: This training is held at Centered Pilates in Charleston WV.

200 Hour Mat Pilates Teacher Training will prepare you to teach a mat Pilates class with no equipment, props, and small equipment. You will learn the Pilates method, anatomy, posture and movement assessment, how to teach a group class as well as design a program for private sessions.

This training is 75 in person hours. The only confirmed date is the first weekend days are September 21 and 28 12-6pm. The remaining dates will be determined with the group that signs up.

This training costs $1850. A payment plan is available.
