Couples Massage for Labor - In Person

Join us for an afternoon to learn hands on massage tips and
techniques for couples. This class is specifically designed to
teach the birth partner how to effectively provide comfort measures
and perform pain management techniques during the labor process.
This is a hands-on class and participants will gain useful &
practical experience to use during labor. Includes a handout of all
information covered in class including massage, acupressure, and
'tools for pain relief'. We will also review yoga positions that
are helpful during labor and birth. Please wear comfortable clothes
that you can easily move in, partners also.
Cost: $119 per couple
Cancellation Policy: Refunds of 90% up to
five days prior to workshop. No refunds allowable after that time
unless due to labor or birth.

Baby Massage Workshop

Touch is your baby's first language. In this
workshop, you will learn a full body massage routine for your
infant as well as specific routines for gas, colic, and the growing
child. Infant massage may help to promote sleep, soothe growing
pains and is also a great way to bond with your baby among numerous
other benefits.
This is a group class that welcomes all
families. Perfect for parents and other caregivers with
infants to pre-crawlers. We accept babies as they are and excpect
babies to sleep, cry, feed, and, well, be babies!
Price is $80 and includes one baby and up to
two parents/caregivers.
The workshop is taught by Autumn Straker,
Massage Therapist, Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist, Certified
Infant Massage Educator, and mom of two.
