Partner Yoga is a great way to connect, communicate, and share the joy of movement through partnered poses and supportive exercises. This beginner-friendly class is open to all experience levels, so whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you’re sure to have a wonderful time.

Awaken • Balance • Cleanse
Spring in Ayurveda is a time of renewal but also heaviness, sluggish digestion, congestion, and low motivation. In this Part 2 workshop, we build on the foundations of awareness and balance to gently awaken the body, rebalance digestion, and support natural cleansing. You’ll learn how to transition out of winter habits, lighten routines, and align with spring’s rising energy using food, movement, and daily rituals that feel realistic and sustainable.
