Breathwork to Rest
((Align with Trust + Breathe into Surrender))
We breathe to
release the will to do—
and welcome the
wisdom of becoming.
Through breath and
intention, we plant seeds not meant for quick
bloom,
but for quiet
incubation beneath winter’s stillness.
The theme for this
intentional evening is trust. Write your visions,
then let winter hold them.
This season isn’t for striving; It is for letting go and trusting
what’s growing unseen.
We will:
- journal
- breathe
- integrate in sound
- fire release

Experience a Symphony of Sound at this Sound Journey by lightworker, spiritual seeker and mystic Steve Coleman.
You will be gently guided with Crystal Singin Bowls, 32" Planetary “mars” Gong, Tibetan Metal Bowls, Bells, Chimes, and Ocean Drum which will interweave into a wonderful tapestry creating a space within for peace and transformation.
Allow this Vibrational Sound Medicine into your mind, body, and spirit to relax, recharge and balance you. These vibrational Frequencies have been shown to balance the brain hemispheres and harmonize the nervous system to promote healing. The only thing the participants have to do is lie back, relax, and allow the Sound Waves to wash over you.
“Let the Sound do the work.”
Join Dr.
Arin Levy of Enso Sounds & Healing Arts for an immersive gong
meditation designed to cultivate stillness, deep listening, and
presence. Surrounded by the resonant tones of up to 16 gongs,
singing bowls, and other sound elements, you’ll be guided into a
meditative state that supports nervous system regulation,
reflection, and restoration.
The session
begins with a brief grounding to help us arrive fully in the space
and community. We’ll take a moment to appreciate all sounds as
healing, and release expectations of our time together. After a
short guided meditation, Arin will weave a tapestry of improvised
sound into a sonic story that unfolds intuitively. After the sound
fades, we’ll rest together in a moment of silence to integrate the
experience and appreciate the sounds we heard, and the stillness we
feel.
