In this continuing education workshop, there are two areas of focus. Seeing and recognizing habitually everyday life and emotional holding patterns in the body and the imbalances they create.
You will also develop the skill to deliver safe hands-on assist that will up level your teaching skill and enrich your students experience in your yoga classes. Hands on assists can help align and refine your students practice and open areas of deep tissue resistance which will leave them wanting more.
