Join Jessica Wolke for a Kundalini Yoga Spring Cleaning Workshop! Kundalini yoga is a beautiful practice that allows us to clean ourselves from the inside out. We often hear about “spring cleaning”, usually what this brings to mind is decluttering and cleaning our house. Kundalini Yoga gives us the ability to spring clean our first and primary residence - our body and mind.
We will open the windows of our lungs by practicing breathwork, we will clean out heaviness and stagnation in our bodies through movement and we will declutter our minds through deep meditation. The meditation involve deep breathing as well as sometimes chanting mantras. Many students report feeling lighter and brighter after Kundalini. Come experience this beautiful practice!

Visiting Instructor: Cindy Wyatt, energy practitioner and teacher
From an early age, I instinctively and intuitively
recognized energy all around me.
By engaging with movement, sound, emotions, and nature, I
accessed this energy
and felt balanced and whole. But through various traumas and
dramas of my life, I
began not to trust that instinct. In my twenties, anxiety
struck and I became
focused on achieving wholeness—mind, body, and spirit. I began
exploring
energy therapies. Over the past four decades, I have come to
regard my
experiences as valuable lessons, and I have found that energy
work has
contributed to improved mental, physical, and spiritual
well-being. In 2010, I
became a Reiki practitioner and then instructor. I moved into
other healing
modalities such as healing touch, Reiki (Usui and Karuna), Huna
healing,
Holographic Sound Healing through crystal bowls, chanting,
sacred toning, and
more. For centuries, diverse cultures have used these
modalities to foster
harmony and balance within themselves. As a practitioner and
teacher of these
methods, I help others pursue balance, health, and wholeness. I
am honored to
be part of their journey. This is my Soul’s desire.
