This class is great for those 4-12 years of age and those kiddos older and younger are welcome to attend and give it a try too! Caregivers really enjoy this interaction with their special human as much as the kiddos! Wear some comfortable clothes, bring water and a beach towel or yoga mat and that's it!
Registration is free and easy! You just need to register the caregiver, no need to register the kiddo, we like to keep it simple! Class is free and easy too! Should it rain, or the weather is not great for yoga we will contact you through the info provided in registration!
