
A gong bath is a deeply immersive, meditative experience where you are surrounded by the powerful and soothing vibrations of a gong. During a gong bath, you lie comfortably on a mat while the sound practitioner plays a large gong, filling the room with a symphony of rich, resonant tones and vibrations. These sounds are believed to promote healing at both a physical and emotional level.
The gong's vibrations help induce a state of relaxation, reducing stress and bringing balance to your mind, body, and spirit. As you lie in stillness, the waves of sound help clear mental clutter, calm your nervous system, and allow for emotional release. As we move towards the transformational Full Moon in Scorpio — a
time known for emotional release, shedding old skin and deep inner
reflection — this session offers a powerful invitation to let go of
what no longer serves you and create space for renewal.
Guided by Samreen, this 2 - hour experience will weave together
gentle embodied movement, guided breathwork and moments of
stillness — supporting you to release stored emotions, regulate
your nervous system and reconnect with your inner clarity.
Together, we’ll explore the themes of release, transformation and
trust — working with the breath to shift stagnant energy, access
clarity and open to a deeper sense of connection within.
No previous experience is needed — simply come as you are, ready to
breathe, feel, and let go.


Join Emma in searching out the tightness that sits with in your hips, hamstrings and lower back. Deep diving into the connective tissues, joints and the fascial body that suspends us all. We will spend a little time together on ourselves to focus on the inner to find release on the outer.
If you are a regular yogi, a sports person or simply spend more time seated than you would like, then this is for you. Maybe you just have a constant tightness somewhere in your body. This could be your, hips, glutes, legs, shoulders, well anywhere really, we will take the time and the breath to find it, make friends with it and then seek about letting it ease.
Even with yoga postures or deep stretch - our bodies can still feel stuck. This 2 and 1/2 hour workshop gives you the time to find these pressure points in your body and mindfully work into them. There really is no need to live with this tension, its about finding the specific release point for you to find space. So join Emma to reconnect to these centres and find new freedom there. We promise that you won't be disappointed.
There will be space at the end to rest and notice this new feeling of space, before you go back out into the world with some new techniques for your body.
