Prenatal Yoga - 6 week series

Taught by Allisson Butler-Kublanov, a DONA trained doula, this 6-week series covers a new topic each week from breathing techniques for labor and delivery to poses that alleviate the pains of pregnancy. Each class includes a gentle yoga flow, breathing techniques, meditation, and a restorative practice that will impact how you approach your pregnancy, birth experience, and postpartum care. Through group discussions you will have the opportunity to bond with other women and share the beautiful experience of growing a new life on your journey to motherhood.

Cost: $199

**NOTE: this class takes place IN PERSON at the studio
minimum enrollment 5/maximum enrollment 12

cost includes - 6, 75 minute classes, follow-up material/emails each week, interactive Facebook group discussion and the book Birthing from Within.

Props recommended for this class include: bolster, blanket, two blocks and a strap - a 20% discount applies for all registered participants to purchase these props from the Bee Well Yoga boutique

I work with women in their 30s, 40s, and 50s who want to feel steady, confident, and like themselves again—whether that means navigating perimenopause or menopause, learning to fuel while using GLP-1 medications, or finding more energy for running and active life.

As a certified Nutrition Coach (Pn1, Precision Nutrition) and Menopause Coaching Specialist, I offer flexible, habit-based strategies that fit real life. Together, we focus on food, sleep, stress, and movement—the foundations that support hormonal health and lasting energy.

My own wellness journey started in my 30s, when I discovered food intolerances and began changing my diet to feel better. That one shift led to another—more movement, better energy, and eventually a love of running (thanks to Jasmine, my energetic pup at the time).

Since then, I’ve completed everything from 5Ks to 50Ks, and I now combine my passion for nutrition, movement, and mindset to support women through one of life’s biggest transitions.

These days, Jasmine is retired from running but still enjoys our daily walks—and I still believe a healthy life should feel doable, not perfect.
